Message	It might be pushrod, but a stroked LS1 easily puts out 550hp at the crank, naturally aspirated. And the torque is right there just past idle. And it weighs significantly less than a VG being all aluminum. Not something I would do, but it is a good option and has tons of aftermarket support.
